About Us
Our Mission
At Shively Seminoles Youth Sports, Inc., our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for athletes to learn, grow, and excel. We strive to instill the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance in all our athletes, and to help them develop the skills they need to succeed both on and off the field.
Through teaching the game of football, basketball, cheerleading and dance; SSYS is providing a positive environment for the youth to call home.
Our Community
We are proud to be a part of the City of Shively community and to have the opportunity to give back through our various outreach programs. Our athletes and coaches are actively involved in volunteering, fundraising, and community events, and we are committed to making a positive impact in our city.
SSYS’s focus is not only on the sport that each youth participates in: but, also on developing each individual inside and out.
Our Programs
Shively Seminoles Youth Sports, Inc is a 501(c)(3) organization developed in 2010 to address the needs of the Shively Community in Southwest Louisville KY; to have a youth sports program.
We offer a variety of programs for student athletes ages 5-11, including youth tackle football, cheerleading, basketball, and mentoring. Our programs are designed to help athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and have fun!
